Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear, or alteration will not be accepted.

Free Returns (USA Only)

We offer 100% free returns and exchanges for customers within the United States.

  • Simply visit our Return Portal to start your return.

  • We'll provide a prepaid shipping label and process your return or exchange quickly.

International Returns (Outside the USA)

We accept international returns; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Use the same Return Portal to begin the return process.

  • All customs fees or return shipping charges must be paid by the sender.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please:

  1. Visit our Return Portal to request a replacement or refund.

  2. Contact us at beumaxshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll prioritize these cases and resolve them quickly.

Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for USA customers within 30 days of delivery.

  • International exchanges are possible, but the customer must cover return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

  2. Enter your order details and follow the instructions.

  3. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions and, for U.S. customers, a prepaid label.
